Luke 16:10 He that is faithful in what is least is faithful in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much.
What is loyalty? What loyalty means to you, and in their Christian walk? Faithfulness means that what you say you will, will. When you are faithful, you are a trustworthy person and you trust his word and when asked to do something.
Fidelity as an employee, your boss has asked me whether to report to work. You just do because that's what you do as an employee. And as leader of the faithful / employer to its employees do not have to wonder if they will get paid on payday. All I know, because they trust their loyalty.
What about as a Christian?
The fidelity is in the heart of our Christian lifestyle. As leaders in the Church we must be able to trust. This is being faithful. First, with little and more as we grow in the Lord. We have to set the example of faithfulness to others in the church so that when we watch or listen to us, they will know what the loyalty and as a leader you can trust. This is what makes you a leader, you have proved faithful. First, with little more. Only with the fidelity that can function properly as a team.
Commit to fidelity. Fidelity does not come without compromise. You can only be loyal to someone or something if you are committed. If you do not have committed then where is their motivation? Jesus calls us to be committed to our faith and our walk with him. When we committed to it going to be faithful in our walk as a Christian.
Luke 9:62 And Jesus said: No man, having put his hand to the plow and looks back is fit for the kingdom of God.
It is only with the commitment that we will be able to move forward and not look back. If you are not committed, how can you press on? So what Jesus is saying is ... Be committed!
Continue in your faith. This goes well with being committed. As should be committed first. Then you must continue. Be committed and attend church meetings.

Phillipians2 :5-8 "Have this mind in you which was also in Christ Jesus, exist in the form of God, do not count being equal with God something to be grasped, but emptied himself, taking the form of a slave and becoming like men, And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient unto) (until the death, even death on the cross. "
So may I encourage you to be faithful in everything you do. In the workplace, in your family, friends, and church meetings and fellowship.
